With telehealth in Reno at Alpine Wellness, we keep things simple. All you need is a computer with a camera and microphone, and we take care of the rest.
When we schedule your telehealth appointment, we send a Zoom link with an invitation to join a private, secure video call. If you experience technical difficulties, you can always give us a phone call, and we can figure out a solution together.
With telehealth, we can meet to discuss medication management, lab results, check-ins, and handle sick visits when a physical exam is not required.
We also offer hormone optimization therapy and weight loss treatments via telehealth for patients who live in other states or can’t come in person.
Only concierge members who have already come in to the office for their initial appointment can access telehealth with us. That’s because we have to see you in person to measure important health indicators, like vital signs.
