How does the O-Shot® work?

The O-Shot® (Orgasm Shot) is a nonsurgical treatment that uses your body’s own healing factors to enhance sexual wellness and restore function. It’s designed to support women navigating challenges like decreased arousal, discomfort, or incontinence. Your provider first draws a small amount of blood. Afterwards, they take the sample and use a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma (PRP)—a concentration of growth factors that stimulate cellular regeneration. The PRP then gets injected into your desired treatment area, typically near the clitoris and G-spot. Most patients report little discomfort during the procedure (we offer a topical anesthetic) and begin noticing benefits like increased sensitivity or improved bladder control within a few weeks.

Our Process for Treatment

During your consultation, we discuss your symptoms, sexual health history, and what outcomes you hope for. We’ll explain how the O-Shot® works, answer every question honestly, and determine if this treatment aligns with your body and goals.

Treatment

Once your PRP is prepared, your provider injects it into the clitoral and vaginal areas most associated with sensitivity and arousal. The entire process is safe, discreet, and performed with utmost care to ensure your comfort throughout.

Results

Many patients experience noticeable improvements within the first three weeks following their treatment, but the full results may not be complete until approximately 3 months after the injection. On average, these treatments last about 9 to 12 months.
